Pistol FORT-17R

The FORT-17R pistol is a modern semi-automatic model that combines high reliability, ease of use and shooting efficiency. Its operating principle is based on a free bolt, which provides automatic reloading due to the energy of powder gases generated during a shot. The pistol is equipped with a double-action trigger mechanism (SA/DA), which makes it possible to fire both with the combat and safety cocked trigger.

FORT-17R has a lightweight monoblock frame made of high-quality polymer, which provides not only strength, but also reduces the weight of the pistol to 0.68 kg. Due to this, it is light, maneuverable and comfortable for long-term wear. In the lower front part of the frame there is a Picatinny rail, which allows you to install various additional accessories, such as a laser target designator or a tactical flashlight, which increases the effectiveness of shooting in low visibility conditions.

The pistol has interchangeable grip butts, which allow you to adapt the shape and size of the grip to the individual characteristics of the shooter's hand, ensuring comfort and accuracy of shooting. FORT-17R works with cartridges of 9×18 mm or 9×17 mm caliber, has a magazine capacity of up to 16 rounds and is capable of developing an initial bullet velocity of up to 320 m/s for 9×18 mm and 300 m/s for 9×17 mm.

The pistol also has a high practical rate of fire (up to 40 rounds per minute) and an aiming range of up to 25 meters for the 9×18 mm caliber and up to 30 meters for the 9×17 mm, making it an effective choice for personal defense and law enforcement. The rifling in the barrel of the pistol consists of 6 elements, which ensures high stability and accuracy of bullets at long distances.
