KENOKO WTL-05 - Means for fixing and sealing threaded connections

KENOKO WTL-05 is a highly effective tool for reliable fixation and sealing of threaded connections, designed for use in high-load conditions, in particular in small arms equipment.

By creating a semi-solid elastic layer inside the thread, WTL-05 absorbs vibration loads, preventing spontaneous unwinding, and also provides tightness, protecting against fluid leakage and corrosion.

Application:

1. Shake the container well before use.
2. For through holes : Apply WTL-05 to 30-50% of the working area of the external or internal thread (1-1.5 diameters). Dry thoroughly before assembly.
3. For blind holes : Apply the product to 1/3–2/3 of the length of the working thread. Dry thoroughly before assembly.
4. To seal : Completely cover the threaded connection in the contact area.
5. Tighten the threaded connection to the required torque.
